V-Concepts is open to introducing new and applicable technology, and using an array of proven automated tools available in the today’s broad market to enhance the performance and efficiency of our solution teams. We offer our customers a wealth of hands-on experience with the tools of this trade. Our Solution Teams rely on the information placed in these management tools and our Team Leads are responsible for setting-up and managing the information placed in their projects files. Each team member specializes in one or more tools to facilitate cross-training amongst our project staff and ensure that project team members are competent in the use of applicable tools. We use as many automated tools as we are permitted to improve the performance of the development teams. We have expert experience with the tools of this trade. Our development teams rely on the information placed in these management tools. Team leads are responsible for setting up and managing the information placed in their projects files. We cross train each other on projects so that each team member has a thorough knowledge of the tool fundamentals. We all specialize in one or more tools so that we can assist each other on projects.
