Our Corporate Management Advisory Center (CMAC) supports all of our project engagement teams. Led by a specialist in optimizing business processes and systems, our CMAC serves as a knowledge base for technical solutions and ideas, a recruitment screening center for new hires, a training review center, and a corporate strategic advisory committee.
Our CMAC provides value-added support to include the following:
- Provides an indexed resource library of best- practices from various disciplines, including infrastructure management and operations, and application design and development. As V-Concepts’ project teams provide new solutions for their customers, we add lessons-learned, proven strategies, and performance reviews to this knowledge base. This information, is a valuable resource that is leveraged for the planning, management, and in performance of new projects.
- Screens potential candidates for employment, evaluates their skill sets, and matches candidate with on-going and upcoming projects.
- Participates in employee performance reviews ensuring that individual contributions to the company's success is captured, weighed, and reflected in each individual’s compensation package.
- Reviews employees’ training requests to ensure alignment with our customer needs and corporate direction. This allows us to determine if there are mentoring opportunities with experienced staff within the company.
- Identifies and establishes valued teaming partners and strategic alliances with other viable players in the industry.
- Seeking out synergies and building the communication channels between our clients, employees, and corporate partners; and ensuring that each aligns with our strategic direction.
