Operational Support
The Network Operation Center (NOC) is the control center for all systems on your network. NOC functions monitor the health and welfare of your infrastructure from domain topology, to file and print services, mail flow, network connectivity, and saturation bottlenecks. NOC engineers monitor the switches, cable plant, and applications running in your data centers. As a manager, if you ask any lead engineer “what are is missing?”, you will receive a laundry list of projects, products, tools and concepts for improving the performance and maintainability of your infrastructure. If you then ask “why haven’t we tried implementing any of these suggestions?”, the likely response will be “everyone is too focused on daily priorities and emergencies”. Another likely answer will be “ there is no money or resources in the current budget to direct to these options”.
We can help your NOC engineers perform better by building the tools they don’t have time to address. We can help identify these proposed solutions and get them into the planning cycle for future budgets and ensure the tools suggested aren’t covered in other initiatives elsewhere in the organization’s plans.
Our NOC planning and support augmentation team works closely with your architecture/governance planning and engineering integration teams to maximize the tools and resources currently used in your environment
