Release Management

It is our standard practice to work with our clients to build their concept into planned release packages that contain major product enhancements. As a product is used, customer usability feedback is obtained from many sources. We review tickets from the customer service center and, FAQ bulletin boards, and conduct formal focus groups to identify enhancement ideas. We group improvement feature ideas into sets of product enhancements so that we can optimize budgets.

Communication Management

All change requires an effective communication strategy. Experience has taught us that communication is the secret to a successful launch of a product or system enhancement. The best technical solution will not be fully appreciated by the community if they do not understand or know about a feature set. We work alongside our customers to ensure that an appropriate communication strategy is applied to every release.
